Dear Prospective First Coast Christian Family:

Thank you for your interest in First Coast Christian School.  It is a pleasure to make available to you information concerning registration for the 2008-2009 school year.  To make registration as simple as possible, please follow the steps as outlined below:

1. For students entering K3 – K5, please go to Step #2.  For 1^st through 12^th grade, as soon as you receive this packet, please distribute the References to the appropriate people, complete and turn in or mail the following to the school:

The completed student Application for Admission.

A valid certificate of immunization .

A copy of the last report card.

A copy of the last standardized testing (CTBS, SAT, FCAT, etc.).

A copy of the transcript with any high school credits.

Once the references and information requested above are received, you will be contacted to set up an
appointment for testing (unless your student took the Stanford Achievement Test within the last year).  The exam consists of both academic assessment and scholastic ability.  At the time of testing a $25 testing fee made payable to FCCS is required.

2. For students entering K3-K5, please turn in or mail in the completed student Application for Admission.  You will be called to set an appointment for an interview.  For all others, after testing and evaluation of all materials, you will be notified with the results of the evaluation and an appointment for an interview will be made if applicable. 

3. At the time of the interview please have the following: 

            A copy of the birth certificate.

A Florida State physical examination form from your doctor.

The $250 registration fee made payable to FCCS.

4. Upon acceptance, please register with FACTS Tuition Management for your payment plan (unless you intend to pay for the year in advance).  You can access FACTS Tuition Management through our website by clicking on the Parents section and the E-Cashier icon.

We anticipate full enrollment and classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis; therefore, please act quickly to ensure a position for your child.
