Our Philosophy
We believe the home, the church, and the school must work together for the betterment of our students. As partners, we can help them develop Christian character and encourage them as they grow spiritually, mentally and physically.
Home
It is our firm conviction that proper training begins in the home. The Bible teaches that parents are responsible for educating their children. Children should be taught early in life the importance of obeying authority, respecting others and being responsible.
Church
The responsibility of the church is to help parents and their children to have a full knowledge of salvation through Christ and to help them to experience a meaningful relationship with God. The church teaches that the Bible is the Word of God and that the principles of the Bible are the basis upon which to live a genuine Christian life.
School
The school is meant to reinforce the values and principles that are taught in the home and at church. We believe that the Bible is the source of all true wisdom and knowledge and are committed to a Bible based curriculum. The school should provide academic excellence and assist parents as they train up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
Our Priority
God
We seek to operate in a manner that pleases God and follow the principles that He has laid down for us in His Word, the Bible. Everything we do is built on putting God first.
Parents
We are committed to helping parents "train up a child in the way he should go." It is an honor to be able to assist you in the education of your child. We take that responsibility very seriously.
Teachers
We only hire diligent, qualified and caring teachers who will provide the training and expertise to help each young person become what God wants them to be. Our teachers must have a mature relationship with Jesus Christ, a love for children and a desire to help them to do their very best.
Self-government
We expect each student to govern their own actions and accept responsibility for their own choices and consequences. The goal of our discipline policy is to develop strong Christian character in our students that will help them to act in a responsible manner regardless of whether or not anyone is watching. |
